I have actively been working in the real estate industry since the mid 1980's. As a business owner and entrepreneur I bought and developed raw law into small country subdivisions, developed, maintained and sold a mobile home park of 100 spaces. I have had my real estate license since March of 2006. I have helped many clients find their dream home, sell existing properties; whether they be raw land or single family dwellings, lease properties as an investment, find rental properties for living, and commercial needs. I am very knowledgeable about all types of real estate and am continually learning. The industry is constantly evolving. I genuinely care about my clients and working for them and their best interests.

Before transitioning to her career in Real Estate, Annette had over 15 years of Accounting and Financial Analysis experience along with many years of Customer Service. Originally from Chicago, IL, she is a graduate of Jackson State University in Jackson, MS. Her Super Hero powers include helping both individuals and families in finding the home of their dreams. Natisha Malvo was born in the South but raised in the great state of Texas where she has lived for over 10 years. As a young adult her smarts and talents in athletics allowed her to receive a full athletic scholarship and academic scholarship to Newman University in Wichita, KS where she studied Nursing and played basketball. Her many skills in nursing opened the door for her to join the U.S. military where she learned the importance of honor, integrity, and family. Natisha served for 7 years in the U.S. Army where she traveled, and gained knowledge of different cultures of the world. Once she was retired from the military Natisha and her family settled in Wichita, KS for a while where her and her husband of 19 years today settled with their 2 children. Her life in Wichita, KS came to a halt when she was called to move back to Texas to care for her sick mother. While living in Texas she worked for the government while participating in many youth sports activities with her children. After her mother finally passed Natisha realized that life was short and she wanted to do what her heart desired. After delivering her third child she decided to step out and make her dreams a reality.
