She worked at the Houstonian Club and River Oaks Country Club where she was known for her exceptional customer service. She has carried that over to servicing her clients in buying and selling their homes. She pays close attention to every detail throughout each deal she is a part of. She is constantly studying the ever changing Houston market in order to provide her clients with the updated information they need. Having moved several times growing up and owning 5 homes in Houston, she understands the emotions that are involved in selling and buying a new home. She takes careful measures to understand the needs of her clients and works hard to exceed expectations. She is meticulous in each step of your real estate transaction from first contact through the closing process.

Stephanie adores her two children. She enjoys watching them excel in their school work, their relationships and their sports. She supports both of their schools, previously serving on the Board of River Oaks Elementary School, volunteering at Lanier Middle School and now serving on the board at Lamar High School. She and her family reside in Montrose and enjoy riding bikes around town exploring the bike trails, fabulous restaurants and all that the city has to offer. They love the Astros and the Texans.

Stephanie was a collegiate gymnast at Radford University and still loves to follow college gymnastics. After college she was competitive in adventure races and triathlons. She loves staying active. One of her favorite spots in Houston is the Buffalo Bayou. She loves her city and is happy to call Houston home.

About Marcus

Marcus Zepeda, Broker and Owner, of Home Topic Realty has lived in Houston nearly all of his life. Moving here at a very young age in 1987, he attended elementary through high school in Cy-Fair ISD. After graduating from Cy-Fair High School in 2001, Marcus stayed true to his Houston roots and enrolled in college at the University of Houston. Graduating in the winter of 2006, Marcus obtained his bachelor's degree in marketing and continued working on his life-long goal of entrepreneurship.

While attending college and working full time at a golf course in northwest Houston, Marcus obtained his real estate license in the summer of 2004. Although licensed in 2004, it was not until the market took a dive for the worse in 2008 that Marcus' career really took off. Being mentored under a top producing agent, Marcus went to work selling foreclosures. Between the years 2009 and 2014 Marcus sold over 177 homes and dozens of lease transactions, improving every year on total sales volume. Being able to adapt and flourish in a weak & declining housing market helped to prove his commitment to his career in real estate.

Marcus is dedicated to helping families transition smoothly and efficiently through the real estate transaction. When it comes to buying or selling homes there is rarely a question that he cannot answer. Marcus is always very generous and honest with his time, knowledge, and experience in real estate and in life. As he often says, "I'm here to help", which goes beyond real estate to helping people solve problems large and small. Whether your sale or purchase is a few weeks away or a few years away he is happy to visit with you to discuss your needs and wants today and help create a plan for success. When not selling homes, Marcus enjoys playing golf and watching sports with his closest friends and family.
