All I can say, is that Julie Shelton is an amazing realtor! I was looking for my home during the second half of 2022 when the market was a nightmare and homes were being sold in one day. Julie, listened to my requests and desires for a home. She was always available an answered any and all questions I had. I cannot stress the fact that she was so patient with me. Firstly because of my imaginary guidelines that I couldn’t quite convey to her in words about the home that I wanted. Secondly, because of the fact that she wanted me to have my forever home, and never pressured me. It was the only home I purchased on my own post divorce. There were lots of questions because I didn’t pay attention to all the details when I was married, but Julie was always there with an answer or I would get the answer for me. She made everything feel seamless, and was there with me at my closing, which was such a comfort.
