I guess you can say it's in my blood... I am a 3rd generation Texas real estate agent in my family. My grandfather William A. McMeans was in the real estate business for 49 years and my father, Bill McMeans still holds a Broker's license today. I am proud to be a lifelong resident of Washington County and raise my family right where I grew up. My husband, Bobby and I reside in Chappell Hill with our two beautiful daughters, Audrey Grace and Autumn Lee. Buying and Selling real estate can be tough at times. A native Texan, Channing was raised on a horse ranch before moving to Houston. She played varsity golf for Memorial High School. Ultimately, Channing got her real estate license and cut her teeth selling high rises in downtown Houston. After 14 years of marriage and raising a family, she went back to her roots, put her boots back on and bought a ranch of her own in Brenham, TX She soon realized that with her experience and love for the country, she could help others looking for their dream ranch. So, she focused her real estate practice on farm and ranch. Channing spends all her free time taking care of her family, horse, chickens and donkeys. In her work life, she absolutely loves connecting people with the country property of their dreams.
Eric was voted Favorite Realtor of the year in Washington County along with heading up his agency in production to help win the favorite Real Estate Agency of the year as well! Eric is a commercial real estate agent who also specializes in farm, ranch, and investment properties. He is a Director for the South Central Board of Realtors, Director for The Boys & Girls Club Of Washington County, Director for The Washington County Chamber Of Commerce, graduate of the Washington County Leadership Program, Graduate of the Realtor Institute, Blinn College Alumni, & Graduate of Sam Houston State University. He brings over a decade's worth of experience in real estate transactions and market knowledge and now owns a real estate investment company.
Eric graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Finance & Business Administration from Sam Houston State University and started his career in banking and eventually into ag and commercial lending. His experience within the banking industry provides him with a unique perspective on the financial side of real estate.
As a full-time Realtor® today, Eric provides his clients with the added benefit of his financial knowledge and network, and approaches their experiences with the understanding of someone who has been in their shoes. With their best interests in mind, he provides quality service with his tireless work ethic and ability to communicate effectively.
When he's not immersing himself in the real estate world, Eric and his family attend Christ Lutheran Church and enjoys cooking, being outdoors as much as possible, and watching the Dallas Cowboys and is a proud supporter of the Cubs!

In her early 20s, Karla moved to Houston to work as a model for Neiman Marcus. She soon transitioned into investment banking, taking an entry-level position with Schneider Bernet and Hickman, an investment banking firm based in Dallas. By age 22, she had earned her license to trade securities and moved to Shearson Lehman Brothers where she traded interest-rate futures for regional Texas banks. She worked as an investment banker for 10 years and finished her career at Smith Barney. Along the way, Karla married and raised two sons and a daughter, bought a small farm in Austin County and ran a horse-breeding operation, and threw herself into hosting large political fund-raisers.
Seeking to combine her financial acumen and love for architecture and houses, Karla obtained her Texas real estate license in 2013. She represents buyers and sellers of all ages and price ranges throughout Houston to sell and purchase historical properties, Gulf Coast condominiums and homes, country ranches, and city properties.
For many years, Karla was a dedicated and influential volunteer, devoting considerable time and resources to supporting Special Olympics athletes and coaches as well as Triumph Over Kids Cancer (TOKC). As a Realtor, her schedule is a busy one but, whenever she can, Karla heads for the farm or the Texas coast to fish and kayak.
